Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique challenges and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to the needs of couples and families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes a diverse range of individuals and families seeking support for issues such as relationship distress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma recovery. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for fostering a safe space that encourages clients to openly communicate their emotions and experiences, ultimately enhancing their mental health and relational dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• An active and independent license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon is mandatory.
