Key Responsibilities\n

• Support a diverse clientele facing an array of challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Conduct thorough assessments, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that incorporate clients’ personal values and goals, ensuring individual needs are met.

• Facilitate a therapeutic environment that promotes trust, open communication, and collaboration among clients and staff.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques that effectively address client concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid license to practice as a LMFT in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
