Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and challenges, forming the foundation for treatment plans.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, or solution-focused therapy.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, ensuring their active participation in the treatment process while regularly monitoring progress and modifying goals as necessary.

• Document progress notes and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain compliance and provide seamless care coordination.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and share insights with fellow clinicians, participating actively in clinical staff meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Fully licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas.
