Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and provide individual, couples, and family therapy tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, offering clinical consultation and guidance as appropriate.

• Regularly diagnose and develop treatment plans for mental health disorders, ensuring a tailored approach that focuses on each patient's unique circumstances.

• Schedule consistent follow-up meetings with clients to monitor their progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Brightpath, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents, as well as families facing various challenges. Your expertise will be integral in addressing relationship dynamics, individual mental health issues, and familial concerns. Recognizing the distinct needs of each client will guide your approach to therapy, ensuring effective and impactful treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and valid LMFT licensure in the state of Oregon.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing diagnostic assessments and therapy services in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in building rapport with clients, demonstrating strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including couples and families, and the ability to tailor therapeutic approaches accordingly.

Preferred Experience\n

• A background or additional training in evidence-based therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Experience dealing with complex family dynamics and multi-generational issues.

• Expertise in case management or related community outreach services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, reflecting your experience and expertise.
