Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, both virtually and in-person, as needed.

• Assess and diagnose clients, developing tailored treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate family sessions to address dynamics and conflicts effectively.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs of your clients.

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with licensing and insurance requirements.

• Collaborate with other health professionals to provide coordinated care for clients dealing with complex issues.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current and active LMFT license in the state of Oregon.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
