Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insights into clients’ mental health challenges and strengths.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Create and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each client, with defined goals and clinically sound interventions.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure integrated, client-centered care.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans to support client stability.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in line with ethical and legal standards, ensuring continuity of care.
