Key Responsibilities\n

• Employ various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices that resonate with client requirements.

• Educate clients and families about mood disorders, treatment options, and valuable self-care practices to enhance their understanding and engagement in their treatment.

• Monitor and track client progress meticulously, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on observed changes and feedback.

• Communicate and coordinate with psychiatrists and medical specialists to provide integrated care for clients with overlapping mental health conditions.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the field of mood disorders and therapeutic strategies to continuously refine and improve your practice.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines to protect client privacy.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
