Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Happy Hearts Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and therapeutic needs, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting strategies accordingly.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as needed to prioritize client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client information is handled confidentially.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele includes individuals from different backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will serve clients experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and relational conflicts. Understanding and addressing the unique dynamics of each client's situation will be fundamental to your role, paving the way for effective therapy and positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health setting.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.

• Strong assessment and therapeutic skills, with the ability to deliver evidence-based interventions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
