Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clearly defined goals and therapeutic interventions, adapting as necessary based on client progress.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers such as psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure coordinated care that addresses all aspects of client needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention when required, performing risk assessments and safety planning to manage potential emergency situations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
