Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' relational and mental health needs, crafting tailored treatment plans with specific, achievable therapeutic goals.

• Implement interventions grounded in family systems theory to facilitate communication improvements among family members and address complex relationship dynamics.

• Respond swiftly to crisis situations with appropriate interventions, including safety assessments and emergency support, ensuring the well-being of clients and their families.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, including intake forms, treatment plans, progress notes, and comply with all legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Empower clients through educational resources on relationship skills, effective communication techniques, and coping strategies, enhancing their overall quality of life.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and relational conflicts. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.
