Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary duties as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to better understand complex mental health issues faced by clients.

• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Crafting and executing personalized treatment plans with clear intervention goals, regularly updating these plans as client needs evolve.

• Engaging in collaborative care through regular communication and coordination with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive support.

Qualifications\n
