Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to assist clients in overcoming mental health challenges and enhancing their relational dynamics.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client's goals.

• Engage clients in identifying their treatment objectives, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client population at Empowerment Pathways Counseling Center includes individuals and families from a variety of backgrounds, many of whom face challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and adjustment issues. Our therapists are expected to demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity, effectively addressing the unique needs of our diverse clientele.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, equipping you with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to excel in this role.

• A minimum of four years of experience providing outpatient mental health therapy, with a strong understanding of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Empowerment Pathways Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually.
