Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage clients in therapeutic conversations that encourage the exploration of their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, facilitating self-awareness and comprehension.

• Design and execute tailored treatment plans that address specific family dynamics, behavioral patterns, and personal challenges, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Maintain thorough and organized case files documenting client progress, including evaluations, session notes, and follow-up recommendations, ensuring compliance with ethical standards.

• Provide counseling to individuals and families dealing with a range of issues, including relationship conflicts, parenting challenges, separation, and financial stressors.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups and workshops as needed, promoting collective skill-building in areas such as communication, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
