Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Assess clients’ mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans that effectively address their goals and challenges.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with team members including psychiatrists, social workers, and clinical psychologists to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at fostering resilience and promoting community among clients facing similar challenges.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with addiction, couples facing communication challenges, and families dealing with behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification in the state of New York.

• Strong knowledge and experience in delivering therapies tailored to individuals, couples, and families.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear dialogue with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and productivity.
