Work Environment\n

As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from home while still being integrated into a dynamic community health clinic environment. Our team operates from Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a structured work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, considering their individual goals, preferences, and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address symptoms sustainably.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies that empower them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor client progress continuously and adapt treatment plans based on responses to therapy and ongoing assessments.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and integrated care teams to provide comprehensive support to clients, ensuring continuity of care.
