Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Positive-Steps Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Assessing clients' mental health and relationship needs through comprehensive evaluations.
\n
• Developing personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and strategies.

• Employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to facilitate healing.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and therapy sessions in accordance with organizational protocols.

• Participating in team meetings and case consultations to provide holistic care and collaborate on complex cases.

• Offering guidance to clients on coping mechanisms and communication strategies to improve their interpersonal relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, addressing a range of issues that include, but are not limited to, marital conflicts, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and adolescent behavioral concerns. Compensation and Benefits\n
