Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans crafted to address patient-specific needs.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions with clients through various modalities, including individual and group therapy, while adapting treatment strategies as necessary to align with patient progress.

• Keep meticulous records of client evaluations, progress notes, and treatment adjustments to foster an effective and transparent therapeutic process.

• Provide continuous support through ongoing assessments to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment methodologies based on emerging needs and patient feedback.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
