Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and impact of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients.

• Collaborate effectively with clients to cultivate tailored treatment plans that are tailored to their individual goals, preferences, and needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate therapeutic progress.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, self-care techniques, and treatment options.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring a dynamic and effective approach to mental health care.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to deliver integrated care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mood disorder research to continually enhance treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
