Work Environment\n

This position is designed for individuals looking for a remote work setting, offering flexibility without compromising personal engagement with clients. While sessions are conducted online, you will have access to our outpatient office facilities for collaborative meetings and consultations with colleagues, ensuring a supportive and cohesive team dynamic. The role is structured around a Monday to Friday work schedule, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing a balanced approach to work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that reflect their individual goals, needs, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive change.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, outlining treatment options and essential self-care practices to enhance their well-being.

• Monitor and track client progress continually, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to support ongoing improvement.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.

Qualifications\n
