Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments with clients to determine their specific needs and develop customized treatment plans tailored to their situations.

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients and facilitate referrals when necessary.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in clinical supervision and participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the marriage and family therapy field and integrate best practices into your therapeutic approach.

• Uphold the highest ethical standards by ensuring confidentiality and adhering to relevant legal requirements and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population that includes individuals, couples, and families facing a myriad of challenges, including relationship conflicts, parenting issues, mental health concerns, and life transitions. Your empathetic and diverse approach will be crucial in addressing the unique cultural and emotional needs of clients, empowering them to navigate their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LMFT license in the state of New York.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience, preferably with a focus on family dynamics and solution-based interventions.

• Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and techniques pertinent to family and marriage therapy.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Peaceful Perspective Life Coaching Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
