Motion Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Foster a positive and trusting therapeutic rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

• Conduct thorough assessments to effectively diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that consider each patient’s unique circumstances, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Engage with clients regularly to provide ongoing counseling, evaluation of progress, and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, among others.

• Refer clients to additional specialists and support services as required to ensure comprehensive care.

• Continuously assess and document patient progress, adapting therapeutic strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular team meetings to collaborate on patient care and share insights with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve counseling individuals, couples, and families dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and substance use disorders. A focus on holistic treatment ensures that the full scope of the patient’s life is considered, promoting better overall outcomes by engaging with the social, spiritual, and emotional aspects of health.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms effectively for patient engagement and documentation.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support clients.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience.
