Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess clients’ mental health by evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, goals, and life circumstances.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate healing and progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, associated treatment options, and personalized self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and outcomes.

• Partner with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated care for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications\n
