Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to diagnose client issues effectively.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring timely and effective follow-up sessions.

• Document all client encounters thoroughly, including developing Diagnostic Assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and clinical case notes that adhere to company guidelines.

• Provide a high standard of customer service and exhibit professionalism in all interactions.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and medical personnel, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Innovate therapeutic techniques and interventions to empower clients to meet and surpass their treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. By utilizing telehealth services, you will extend your impact beyond geographical limitations, bringing quality care to those in need, especially in underserved communities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

• Strong understanding of family therapy techniques and community resources available for clients.

• Proficient in mental health documentation procedures, including experience in managing clinical case notes.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey important information to clients and team members.
