This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to design a schedule that accommodates your personal style and client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine mental health diagnoses, developing individualized treatment plans that reflect company policy and best practices.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, offering individual, family, and group therapy sessions primarily through telehealth formats.

• Document each interaction meticulously, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and case reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Deliver exemplary customer service by establishing a welcoming environment for clients and fostering collaborative relationships with a multidisciplinary team.

• Employ innovative therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals, utilizing methods that resonate with each client’s unique circumstances and preferences.

• Facilitate coordination of care by effectively communicating with case managers, families, and various professionals involved in the clients' treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will primarily include children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating mental health challenges, particularly related to addiction and relational difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
