Work Environment\n

This role allows for flexibility as it operates from a remote setting, providing the convenience of working from home while still being part of a supportive team. Clinicians will maintain a full-time schedule, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our outpatient office emphasizes a teamwork approach while ensuring that therapists have the autonomy to manage their caseloads effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities designed to support client mental health. Your key tasks include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of mental health diagnoses and creating individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of clients.

• Maintaining a manageable caseload of 25-30 client visits per week and delivering both individual and group therapy as well as telehealth sessions.
\n
• Documenting all interactions and interventions meticulously to ensure compliance with clinic protocols, including diagnosis updates and treatment plan reviews.
\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and medical personnel, to coordinate comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
\n
• Using creative therapeutic interventions to empower clients with the tools needed to achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
\n
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and their families, fostering a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. You will tackle issues including addiction, trauma, and relationship conflicts, providing compassionate care in an inclusive environment that respects the individuality and cultural backgrounds of each client.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proficiency in mental health documentation, including experience with DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• The ability to model healthy boundaries and maintain professionalism in client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to our salary, benefits include:
