Work Environment\n

As a remote work setting, our team operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This flexible environment is designed to foster work-life balance while allowing our therapists to focus on their client commitments. Being part of an outpatient office, you will collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and other specialists, to ensure coordinated and integrated care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatments, and strategies for self-care and wellness management.

• Monitor client progress continuously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and healthcare providers to facilitate a holistic approach to client care.

• Stay informed on current research and advancements in mood disorders to enhance treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
