Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges, ensuring the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic objectives, regularly monitoring and documenting their progress to adapt treatment as necessary.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary, ensuring client safety and stability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will be responsible for addressing various psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, relational issues, and trauma. Your approach will be tailored according to the specific needs of each demographic, ensuring effective and compassionate care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California.

• A Master's degree in marriage and family therapy or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, working with diverse client populations.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice and a passion for delivering high-quality mental health care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
