Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and obtain detailed patient histories to identify individual and family dynamics influencing mental health outcomes.

• Provide diverse therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of your clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring alignment with the therapeutic goals of each client.

• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Engage in regular consultations with multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment efficacy and ensure coordinated care across all service levels.

• Participate in psychoeducational workshops aimed at empowering clients with knowledge and skills to enhance their relational dynamics and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers on providing comprehensive care to a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing challenges related to relationships, mental health, and family dynamics. We are looking for a candidate who excels in relationship counseling and possesses the capacity to educate patients about mental health strategies for improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A valid MFT license to practice in California.
\n
• Certification or specialized training in one or more therapeutic modalities such as structural family therapy, strategic therapy, or narrative therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a similar outpatient setting.

• Bilingual communication skills are highly desirable, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse client base effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Benefits include:
