Key Responsibilities\n

• You will engage in regular consultations with interdisciplinary team members to communicate insights and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the needs of each family.

• Conduct age-appropriate assessments, utilizing evidence-based interventions to support both children and adults in therapy.

• Organize and lead support groups for parents, focusing on therapeutic techniques for dealing with complex issues such as adoption and the needs of prenatally substance-exposed children.

• Perform developmental evaluations to better understand children’s growth and emotional needs, ensuring appropriate interventions are put in place.

• Create and deliver training sessions for various stakeholders including clients, social workers, legal professionals, and educators, effectively bridging gaps in understanding about mental health issues.

Your work will involve direct interaction with a diverse patient population, including couples facing relational distress, children requiring developmental support, and individuals seeking personal therapy. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is crucial for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and well-being, including flexible hours, opportunities for telemedicine engagements, and more than 30 hours of work each week.
