Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Function as an Independent Contractor, managing your own client caseload.

• Conduct thorough assessments of senior clients’ mental health needs, identifying strengths and areas for growth.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies tailored to each client.

• Provide counseling and psychotherapy sessions to adult and senior clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Research and connect clients with community resources, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with established protocols.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices in social work and mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult and senior clients, many of whom face complex challenges related to aging, chronic health conditions, and mental health disorders. You will play a pivotal role in promoting positive mental health outcomes through individualized care plans that address the specific needs and circumstances of each client. Your understanding of geriatric behavioral health will enhance client relationships and lead to better therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
