Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental health issues and emotional disorders, facilitating evidence-based therapy sessions via video conferencing or over the phone.

• Evaluate client needs through thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans that prioritize patient choice and empowerment.

• Maintain client records diligently using our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with documentation standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be serving patients facing significant mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders and depression, as well as those managing severe emotional disorders. You will engage with clients from various socioeconomic backgrounds, enabling you to apply culturally competent practices and tailor your approach to meet individual client needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
