Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a variety of assessment tools to effectively monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.

• Engage in regular collaboration with clinical leaders to share insights and obtain guidance on complex cases or treatment methodologies.

• Integrate evidence-based practices in therapy sessions, focusing on skills for managing anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
