Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through telehealth platforms, offering personalized counseling sessions focused on building healthier relationships with alcohol.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans in partnership with members, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Establish and maintain a therapeutic alliance, showcasing strong clinical engagement skills and empathy to foster trust and openness in client interactions.

• Provide education and guidance on community recovery support options, encouraging clients to integrate resources such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), SMART Recovery, or Moderation Management into their healing journey.

• Maintain professional licensing and engage in ongoing professional development, including obtaining annual Continuing Education Units (CEUs), funded by the company.

• Collaborate with the Content Manager to craft insightful resources and optional expert-led support groups for clients.

• Receive client referrals while minimizing administrative responsibilities, as our team will manage billing and backend tasks, allowing counselors to focus on patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in the state of California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with opportunities for additional bonuses.
