Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, establishing tailored treatment plans that address their individual concerns.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to deliver individualized therapy sessions to clients, incorporating techniques such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to provide integrated and holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's wellbeing are strategically addressed.

• Be prepared to intervene in crisis situations, offering immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing your expertise and compassion to stabilize their conditions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
