Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and develop pre-crisis and crisis plans to ensure ongoing patient safety.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans for clients.

• Engage with state agencies and community partners to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Document all clinical interactions promptly and adhere to regulatory standards.

• Actively participate in clinical supervision and continuous professional development opportunities.

• Champion the agency’s mission and values in all interactions and activities within the community.

• Engage in outreach to identify and create partnerships that expand resources and funding opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Scriptmed, you will work primarily with individuals facing significant emotional and psychological challenges, including those navigating recovery from substance use disorders and individuals living with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your role will be instrumental in supporting these clients in their journey toward wellness and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Current state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, coupled with a generous $3,000 hire-on bonus.
