Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Crafting detailed pre-crisis and crisis plans, alongside behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication management strategies.

• Maintaining timely and compliant documentation that aligns with regulatory standards, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools and working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to create positive behavior support plans tailored to our clients.

• Actively participating in licensing and accreditation processes while serving as a liaison to local state agencies and community service partners.

• Building and nurturing relationships with various organizations to enhance program visibility and secure potential alliances and funding opportunities.

• Seeking personal and professional development through attending conferences, participating in relevant committees, and engaging in ongoing training to elevate your expertise.

Qualifications\n
