Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMHC, your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Establishing and maintaining rapport with a diverse caseload of clients while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to monitor client progress, discussing challenges, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Developing, implementing, and evaluating person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in our electronic health record systems.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential clinical and demographic information about new clients.

• Ensuring individualized therapy sessions are provided weekly, adhering to best practices in mental health treatment.

• Engaging in regular individual supervision to support professional development and case consultation.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's Degree in a mental health discipline.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Experience with assessment and diagnosis, along with individual and group therapy methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

All of US Counseling Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience.
