Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations.

• Facilitate ongoing counseling sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based practices and personalized strategies to promote client recovery and resilience.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams.

• Engage with external service systems, state agencies, and community partners to advocate for client needs and promote integrated care.

• Represent Frontier Counseling Services at local and statewide workshops or conferences, contributing to discussions on best practices within the mental health field.

• Maintain open lines of communication with team members to promote understanding of organizational mission and shared goals.
\n
• Participate in the agency’s broader initiatives to innovate client care, including pursuing partnerships with local organizations for enhanced service delivery.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Frontier Counseling Services, you will provide care for a diverse group of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues. Your focus will be on delivering tailored interventions that address the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each individual, enabling them to work toward achieving their personal wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field is required.

• An active, independent LMHC license issued by the state of Washington or the willingness to transfer your license if you are currently licensed in another state.

Compensation and Benefits\n
