Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, challenges, and goals, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Deliver personalized individual therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, to address issues such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions and track measurable progress towards goals.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being while following established protocols.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available community resources, empowering them to take active roles in their recovery process.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
