Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention and help develop pre-crisis and crisis plans, including behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that meets regulatory standards and enables effective continuity of care.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to identify clients' needs and monitor their progress effectively.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans, ensuring holistic treatment approaches.
\n
• Act as a liaison to state agencies and community partners, helping to bridge gaps in services for clients.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including conferences and relevant training sessions.
\n
• Enhance the organization’s visibility through community engagement and by establishing partnerships with local organizations and funding sources.
\n
• Uphold the agency’s mission, values, and ethical standards in all client interactions.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with diverse populations facing various mental health challenges, including emotional health issues, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• A valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license issued by the state board is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
