Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and collaborating with clients to create individualized treatment and crisis intervention plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, those recovering from substance use issues, and clients with developmental disabilities. Each interaction will focus on customizing treatment approaches that respect the unique journey of each client, facilitating their growth towards independence and community involvement.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• An Independent LMHC License, required to practice in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
