We are currently offering a $3,000 hire-on bonus to welcome new counselors to our team!

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, including crisis and pre-crisis strategies.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation adhering to regulatory standards and ensure timely completion to facilitate efficient service delivery.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and assessment methodologies as indicated, ensuring your clinical decisions are grounded in established best practices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client engagement and success outcomes.

• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold our clinic’s operational and ethical standards.

• Serve as a liaison with state agencies and community service organizations to coordinate services and strengthen our support networks.

• Foster effective communication with clients and team members to uphold contract standards and amplify our community presence.
\n
• Engage in professional development activities, including attending relevant conferences and meetings to enhance your clinical knowledge and skills.

• Promote the agency's mission, values, and principles throughout your work and in interactions with clients and stakeholders.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations and client success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve diverse populations that include individuals facing emotional health challenges, recovering from substance use disorders, dealing with developmental disabilities, or managing the impacts of brain injuries. Your work will focus on providing empathetic care that helps clients navigate their unique journeys towards improved mental health and personal empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field.

• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license issued by the state board.
\n
• Strong organizational skills with proficiency in maintaining clinical records and preparing detailed reports.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cooperate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.

• Effective communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly and engage with clients productively.
