Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering trust while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when necessary.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that focus on the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of clinical notes and progress reports for all clients.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ mental health needs and establish a baseline for treatment.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions on a weekly basis, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and support professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health challenges. Our diverse patient population includes adults and adolescents seeking support for their emotional and psychological well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals struggling with substance use issues.
