Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments utilizing interviews, observations, and the review of medical records to evaluate the emotional, social, and environmental challenges affecting patient recovery.

• Provide effective counseling and emotional support to patients and their families, addressing adjustment issues and promoting overall emotional well-being.

• Collaborate closely with the rehabilitation team to create individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient’s psychosocial needs.

• Guide patients in navigating community resources, including support groups, vocational rehabilitation programs, and housing assistance, ensuring they have access to essential support systems.

• Educate patients and their families about community resources and continuity of care options following rehabilitation.

• Participate actively in discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions into home or alternative care settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes individuals undergoing detoxification and rehabilitation for substance use disorders. You will work with a diverse range of patients, each experiencing unique challenges related to addiction, recovery, and emotional health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
