Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques including CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to address various mental health issues.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, working alongside other healthcare experts to ensure our clients receive comprehensive and continuous care during acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with strategies and knowledge to effectively manage their mental health.

• Participate in a multidisciplinary team approach to holistic patient care, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience, education, and location.
