Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy tailored to clients across all age groups, using techniques that suit their specific needs and mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in our electronic management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Manage scheduling of ongoing appointments, maintaining an organized calendar to accommodate client needs effectively.

• Engage collaboratively with other therapists to discuss cases and share insights, enhancing therapeutic techniques and broadening expertise.

• Utilize clinical assessment tools to evaluate a wide range of mental health conditions, developing targeted interventions to support client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapy services at our detox center focus on clients who are undergoing substance detoxification and those dealing with various personal and relational challenges. Our diverse patient population represents a broad spectrum of age groups, backgrounds, and presenting issues, requiring therapists to adapt their approaches to meet unique individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Candidates must possess an active, independently licensed status as an LCSW.

• Professionalism and excellent therapeutic boundaries, along with cultural competence, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills, are essential traits.

• Availability to work full-time, with a minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings weekly.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
