Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Implement effective therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to promote healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Develop and execute customized treatment plans that set clear goals and interventions, regularly revisiting these to track progress.

• Engage in crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and formulate safety plans as needed for clients in high-risk situations.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and professional regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
