Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of families and couples to identify and understand their concerns and dynamics.

• Facilitate therapy sessions using a family-centered approach, focusing on systemic issues rather than just individual problems.

• Educate families on the impact of specific behaviors on relationships and overall well-being, providing them with valuable insights.

• Develop customized treatment plans that outline actionable steps for clients to achieve their goals, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Support families processing grief, address stability issues, and assist with educational challenges faced by children.

Our clientele consists of diverse families and couples, each with unique backgrounds and challenges, including relationship conflicts, parenting issues, grief, and mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
