While your primary delivery method will be virtual, you will also have the opportunity to engage with clients at our outpatient office in Pittsburgh as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to promote healing and personal growth.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals and interventions, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services when required, ensuring client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
