Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication and resolving conflicts, guiding partners toward healthier relational dynamics.

• Engage with families to address interpersonal challenges, enhance communication skills, and strengthen their overall relationships through structured therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health concerns, life circumstances, and therapeutic goals, ensuring accountability and progress monitoring.

• Conduct thorough assessments and accurate diagnoses of mental health disorders in alignment with DSM-5 criteria, using clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to offer well-rounded support and coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
